A simpler bill

The sewage disposal charge will now be included in a new water usage price removing an item from your bill. So, your water saving efforts will have a bigger and more direct impact on your bill.

If you currently pay a Parks charge, we're spreading this annual charge out across the year by collecting it in quarterly instalments. Helping you to even out your bills and making it easier for you to budget.

We're also changing your Waterways and Drainage charge from once-a-year to 4 quarterly payments to, once again, even out your bill.
