What application type do I need?
Go to Single property - Residential, enter your property details and look for the SRC application
Two units: Go to Multiple units – Residential, enter your property details and look for the 2 units application.
Three to nine units: Go to Multiple units – Residential, enter your property details and look for the 3–9 units application.
10+ units: Go to Multiple units – Residential, enter your property details and look for the 10+ units application.
Go to Single property – Residential, enter your property details and look for the Sewer – Demolish & rebuild application.
Go to Single property – Residential, enter your property details and look for the Sewer – Cut & Seal and Water – Remove my water service application.
What information do I need to provide?
When you make a connection application through Property Connect, we’ll ask you to provide the following so we can assess your application:
- A detailed site plan
- An architectural floor plan
- The number of proposed units/ lots
- Hydraulic plans for larger developments
Depending on the type of application, we may also ask:
- If there are any proposed structures to be located within one metre of one of our assets? If this hasn’t been resolved during the design state, it could delay your plumbing application
- Are ground anchors proposed?
- Is there an underground rainwater tank?
- What are the water servicing requirements? This includes service type, size, flow rate requirements, etc.
- Will there be any trade waste discharge? If so, what type?
- Will there be any pumped sewer discharge? If so, what discharge flow rate?
- Will there be a bulk hot water service?
