Group accounts
Group customers can pay their bills via our electronic funds transfer (EFT) portal. You'll just need your group account number and one of the individual account numbers listed on your group account summary handy.
From the portal you can pay multiple invoices at once, or make partial payments for your business accounts.

BPAY
Pay your bill through your internet banking. You can find our BPAY details on your bill.

Give us a call on 1300 659 658 to pay by credit card using your MasterCard or Visa 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Have your latest bill and credit card details ready.
Australia Post
Pop into any Australia Post outlet and pay your total bill amount by cash or EFTPOS. Unfortunately, partial payments can’t be processed.
