We service one of the most diverse water catchments areas in Australia. It's why we’ve worked with accessible information specialists SCOPE to create a series of fact booklets in Easy English.

These booklets help to support our customers, who have many different abilities and communications needs. They provide facts about billing, water efficiency and how we can help. They also help to explain the key services provided by South East Water.

Easy English is designed to support customers with intellectual disabilities, older adults, or people who speak a language other than English at home. Many people also prefer reading Easy English as it gets straight to the point and saves time
