You may have recently received a final reminder instead of your latest water bill
We’ve just discovered you may have received a final reminder to pay your water bill this week. We’re sorry this has happened. You should have received your actual bill first not a reminder.
In light of our error we have now extended your bill due date to 29 June 2021, not 'Pay now' as communicated on the final reminder.
You don’t need to follow up with us as the new due date has been actioned on your account.
