What we’re doing

The project increases the capacity of the sewer network to cater for population growth in the area and future proof the sewerage system.

The works involved construction of a new sewer and manholes along Stead Street and Palmerston Crescent (both sides of Kings Way).

When it's happening

After completing investigative works and finalising our design, we commenced construction from late September 2022 and completed this stage of works in February 2024.
