Share information about your project proposal

The information you provide will help us understand your requirements and potential servicing options.

  1. Download the Data Centre High Water Use application form 

  2. Visit PropertyConnect to log in or register as a user.

  3. Click Preliminary servicing advice (under ‘Land development’).

  4. Enter the street address of the proposed project.  

  5. Attach the completed application form with the required site details and documents. 

  6. Click ‘submit’.

Note: Submitting a project proposal form or meeting with us to discuss your project doesn’t guarantee that we can support it. We assess all proposals on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as water security, infrastructure capacity, servicing requirements and applicable regulatory obligations.

Next steps

We’ll respond to you within 10 business days of receiving your project proposal to discuss the next steps in our staged approach, as outlined in Data Centre development process and cost recovery.
