Manage your payments with mySouthEastWater

Need more time to pay?

We know at times it can be hard to stay on top of your bills. If you need more time to pay your bill, you may be able to extend your bill due date online at mySouthEastWater or over the phone. You can apply for one extension each quarter.

Registeryour concession

If you've got an eligible concession card from Centrelink, the Department of Veterans' Affairs or Services Australia, you could receive a discount of up to $354.10 for water and sewerage services and up to $177.05 for a single service (e.g. water only)

Set up a payment plan

If you find smaller, more frequent payments easier to manage, a payment plan may be right for you.  Like thousands of our customers, you can spread out your bill by making fortnightly or monthly payments.

First, you will need to register and login to mySouthEastWater

  1. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to create an account (it's quick and easy, all you need is your account number listed on your bill).
  2. Once logged in to mySouthEastWater, select 'Billing' in the top menu and tap into more payment options.

Set up Centrepay

If you receive a Centrelink benefit, Centrepay might suit you. It's a free service that makes regular deductions from your Centrelink payments and puts them directly onto your water and sewerage bill.

Set up direct debit

Bills slipping through the cracks? We get it. That's why we recommend direct debit. It's a swift, set-and-forget method to ensure your bills are paid on time, every time. Easily apply for direct debit through mySouthEastWater  today.
