Soon we’ll be conducting an important customer survey to gather information on how water appliances are used at home.

The Residential Appliance Stock and Usage Pattern Study will provide essential information to help predict future water demand across Greater Melbourne. It will also help us to determine the needs of future network designs across our region.

The survey is typically carried out every five years, and randomly selected South East Water customers will be invited to participate in the study during November, with a total of 3000 people across Melbourne and surrounds expected to take part.

The survey takes around 15-20 minutes to complete, and all information gathered is confidential.

This project is delivered in collaboration with Greater Western Water and Yarra Valley Water, and supported by Melbourne Water.

The survey is being conducted on our behalf by an independent recruitment consultant, Engine. If you’re randomly selected to participate, the email invitation will come from Engine.
