What we’re doing
This project is to complete improvement works at the Lang Lang Water Recycling Plant to cater for future growth in the area.
When it's happening
We're planning to start works from 4 November 2026 for approximately four months (depending on the weather).
You can expect us to work Monday to Friday between 7 am and 6 pm. On the odd occasion, we might need to work at other times for safety, technical or permit reasons.
What might impact you
We’ll do our best to keep impacts to a minimum, however these are the kinds of things you might notice when construction begins:
- Periods of high noise when heavy machinery is being used, including reversing beepers
- More trucks on Westernport Road
- A temporary site set up and storage area in Lang Lang Water Recycling Plant located at 30 Westernport Road Lang Lang

Our Industry Partner Abergeldie, BMD, KBR Joint Venture (ABK) will undertake these works on behalf of South East Water.
