Closing the water loop
Aquarevo is on track to become one of Australia's most water efficient urban housing developments. The Aquarevo estate and its water loop are unique. Having a water recycling plant on-site at the estate, means that wastewater from homes is treated and recycled within the estate and returned to homes for use, where the water loop starts again.

Aquarevo homes are unique, with 3 sources of water. Drinking water, rainwater and recycled water.
Wastewater is pumped from homes by the pressure sewer network.
The Aquarevo Water Recycling Plant will treat the wastewater to a Class A Recycled Water standard and return it to homes.
Recycled water from the WRP will be used in Aquarevo home toilets, washing machines and gardens.
