Have your say on water prices and win
South East Water is calling on all customers to have their say on water and sewerage prices through a number of surveys.
Have Your Say survey: answer questions about your perception of South East Water and tell them what matters to you.
Bill simulator: what services are you willing to pay (or not pay) for?
Best/worst scaling survey: what’s most and least important to you when it comes to supporting your community and the environment?
Customers who complete any one of the surveys online at southeastwater.com.au will have a chance to win 1 of 20 prizes of up to $500 off their next bill*. There are more chances to win with one entry per each completed survey.
South East Water is currently in a service and price planning phase, which means the water utility needs to work out what its projects, prices and charges will be from 2023 to 2028. The feedback will also inform a services and prices plan called a ‘price submission’ which is submitted to its independent regulator, the Essential Services Commission (ESC).
South East Water Managing Director Lara Olsen said the surveys were an important part of the utility understanding what services its customers value the most and how much they were willing to pay for them.
"Our customers and the community are at the core of everything we do, so this is an exciting time for South East Water.
We greatly value the relationship we have with our customers, and appreciate their opinions on water, water services, and what is and what isn't important to them.
This is our opportunity to engage, to listen and to understand their priorities, helping us to proactively establish and confirm our approach for the next five years."
- Lara Olsen, Managing Director
South East Water listens to customer feedback every day, using these insights to find new ways to provide value for its customers and improve the customer experience.
