Your water is safe to drink.

About 9,000 customers may have no water or low pressure. We’re sorry for the disruption and thanks for your patience while we fix the flow as soon as possible.

What we're doing

Our crews are on site and we’re working to fix the burst pipe as quickly as possible.

We’re currently monitoring the water quality in the area and doing testing to make sure the water remains safe drink.

We’re also contacting registered customers by email and SMS. We’ll keep you updated through this web page and social media (Facebook and X).

A live map and list of affected streets will be available online soon.

What you can do

Fill up your containers or bottles with drinking water from the following locations:

If your water looks discoloured this will be due to natural sediment mixing with the supply. The water is still safe to drink and will clear as the system settles.
