Pay by Direct Debit
Direct Debit is a simple “set and forget” way to manage your water bill.
You’ll still receive your bill every three months, but the amount due is automatically deducted from your nominated bank account or credit card on the due date. We recommend paying from a bank account, as it has lower transaction costs than credit cards.

Residential customers
Setting up Direct Debit is quick and easy through mySouthEastWater.
Just register or log in if you already have an account.
- Log in to mySouthEastWater
- Click Manage account in the top menu
- Select Payment options, then choose Add Direct Debit
- Follow the prompts to add your bank account
Business customers
To set up Direct Debit:
- Complete the Direct Debit Application Form
- Agree to the terms and conditions
- Mail the completed form to

Pay by BPAY
BPAY is a secure and convenient way to pay your water bill through your internet or mobile banking, anytime, for amounts up to $20,000.
You can save South East Water as a BPAY biller so it’s quick to pay next time or schedule a payment in advance for a date that suits you. You can also choose which account to pay from, including savings, cheque or debit accounts.
