South East Water welcomes Elizabeth Holley to its executive leadership team as the organisation’s new General Manager People, Safety and Governance.

Elizabeth is a proven strategic leader having held executive positions in a range of ASX-listed, health, not-for-profit and government organisations.

Before joining South East Water, Ms Holley was Executive Director People, Workplace Safety and Wellbeing with Peninsula Health. She was responsible for building organisational capability in leadership, change management, diversity and equity, safety and wellbeing, and employee attraction and retention strategies. 

Former roles include Projects Director / Interim Director Metabolics Services with Melbourne Health, Executive Director People and Culture with South West Healthcare and Executive Director People, Culture, Media and Communications at Fire Rescue Victoria (formerly Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board). 

South East Water Managing Director Lara Olsen is delighted with Ms Holley’s appointment to the organisation’s executive leadership team.

Elizabeth’s role at South East Water will oversee people operations, safety and wellbeing, and risk, legal and governance functions of the organisation.
