Gender Equality Action Plan
At South East Water, we’re committed to building an inclusive workplace that reflects the diversity of our community and our customers. Our Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) will help us to plan, implement and measure change in the workplace.
Purpose
Under the Gender Equality Act, we aim to promote, encourage and facilitate the achievement of gender equality and improvement in the status of women.
Our vision
Our vision for gender equality is to be a safe, progressive equal opportunity employer where you’re valued and respected for who you are and where your rights, talents and expertise are embraced, celebrated and rewarded without discrimination, prejudice or unconscious bias.
Our GEAP may be subject to further input following feedback from the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector.
