Take control with smaller, more frequent payments and no nasty surprises.

Lots of people prefer to pay their water bill fortnightly or monthly with a zero-fee payment plan. You pay the same amount every time, so it’s easier to manage.

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to create a mySouthEastWater account (it's quick and easy, all you need is a copy of your bill).

Here's how we get you set up

  1. We estimate your payment amount based on:

    ●   your water usage over the last 12 months

    ●   your service costs and;

    ●   any pricing increases or additional charges that apply.

  2. You decide if it’s easier for you to make fortnightly or monthly payments from your bank account or credit card.
  3. We’ll let you know how much you’ll need to pay.

We’ll make tweaks here and there:

Maybe you had an extra house guest or went away on holiday. Things change, which is why our system automatically reviews your payments against your usage every three months to ensure you're not paying too little or too much.

Sometimes, you'll have used less than you paid for, so your account will show a credit. If you've used more than you paid for, your account will show a debt.

The good thing is we work it all out for you to get you back on track.

Do you receive a Centrelink payment?

If so, you can have your bill payments automatically deducted from your Centrelink payments using Centrepay. Read how to set up a deduction on the Services Australia website.
