Aquarevo Maintenance and Sampling

Aquarevo is a unique collaboration between South East Water and Villawood Properties to create what’s on track to become Australia’s most water efficient urban housing development.

Every Aquarevo home is fitted with state-of-the-art technology used to harness three types of water sources: drinking, recycled and rainwater. By using rainwater for showers and bathing and recycled water for the toilet, garden and laundry, you’ll only use precious drinking water where it’s really needed.

Thanks to these water saving initiatives, your home will use up to 70 per cent less drinking water than the average Melbourne home

Aquarevo homes:

• Are supplied with three types of water: drinking, recycled and rainwater. Each water supply is plumbed into your Aquarevo home to help you save drinking water.
• A rain-to -hot water system for bathing and showering. This state-of-the-art technology includes screening, filtering, treatment and temperature sensing devices.
• Connect to a pressure sewer system that pumps wastewater to a water recycling plant within the estate, treats the water to Class A standard, and sends it back to each home for use in the garden, toilet or washing machine.
• Feature rainwater tanks with TankTalk® technology that receives weather forecasts – then releases water before heavy rainfall to minimise overflows or flooding in local waterways.
• Connect to a OneBox® device that controls the water technology in each home, remotely monitors the pressure sewer and reads each home’s water and energy use.

Maintenance and sampling work will commence at 7 am and end at 5 pm. Our crew will attend your property at anytime during the given dates and time frame. 

South East Water and their appointed contractor will keep you informed about the construction in your area. We'll also keep this webpage up to date.

Your driveway will not be impacted during these works. 

Yes there will be disruptions to your hot water supply during system maintenance. Our contractors will notify you before works commence and re-instate your hot water as soon as possible. 

There is no cost to the property owner for these works. 

When we’ve finished the job, we’ll leave things how we found them and make sure we return any areas we’ve impacted as close as possible to their original condition.
