Our Price Submission for 2028-33

Every 5 years, we provide a Price Submission to the Essential Services Commission (ESC), our independent economic regulator.

We’re now preparing our next price submission (PS28) which covers 1 July 2028 to 30 June 2033 It will outline our investment plans and proposed prices during that period, including:

• Key service outcomes we’ll deliver to our customers and community 
• Investments we’ll make in our infrastructure and operations  
• The prices we’ll charge customers to deliver the outcomes they value most. 

Engaging our customers, community and stakeholders early and meaningfully is critical to shaping the plan.  

We’ll lodge our draft PS28 with the ESC by 30 September 2027

During 2021-22 more than 8,600 customers helped to shape our price submission for 2023-28 – which is our current pricing period. Here’s what you told us.

How you can be involved

PS28 is our opportunity to deliver the outcomes you value most while making smart, sensible investment choices.

We’ll be seeking your input to shape our price submission in different ways.

You’ll be able to:

• Register your email to let us know you want to be involved and be kept up-to-date
• Complete a survey on what you expect and value most from our services
• Let us know the different service and investment choices you’d make and how that may affect your future bills by taking our bill simulator
• Express interest in being on our customer panels, where you’ll be invited to attend in-depth discussions
