Moving a renter in or out?

If you’re a landlord or a rental provider, what you’ll need to let us know will depend on whether you have new renters moving in,  all renters moving out, or if just some of the renters are moving out of the property.

Use this form to notify us when new renters are moving in and we'll set up their account.

The move out form is currently undergoing maintenance and is unavailable.

You can request a renter move out by calling a dedicated number, 1300 379 313. Please continue to use the Move in form to move renters into a property. 

Your renter can still request a move out, however they will need to log into their mySouthEastWater account to submit the request.
