Moving in or out?

If you’re a landlord or a rental provider, what you’ll need to let us know will depend on whether you have new renters moving in,  all renters moving out, or if just some of the renters are moving out of the property.

When everyone is vacating the property, use this form and we'll arrange for the account to be closed.
