If you're already registered for mySouthEastWater

Sign in to your mySouthEastWater account and click 'Change billing method'.

Follow the prompts to select your email address instead of paper and click confirm.

Competition FAQs

There are 5 x $1,000 bill credits available. 

You will be automatically entered into the competition if you switch to eBilling, and stay switched until the competition is drawn. 

Entry is open to residential account holders in Victoria who:

a. over the age of 18 years;

b. are not registered for eBilling at the commencement of the Promotion Period;

c. switch to eBilling with South East Water at the time of entry into the promotion; and

d. have not switched back to paper billing at the time of winning entries being drawn.

Directors, managers and employees (and their immediate families) of South East Water are ineligible to enter this promotion. Immediate family means family residing with the South East Water employee.

Five winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants at the drawing of the competition. Winners will be chosen from a random number generator. 

The winners will be notified via the email address that they sign up to eBilling with. We will also announce winners on our website, Facebook and Instagram. 

On Tuesday 22 April 2025.

Yes, you can choose to transfer the prize to another South East Water residential customer. This must be the full $1000 of the prize if you choose to do so.

eBIlling FAQs

You can switch to email bills through our MySouthEastWater portal or over the phone on 13 18 51.

Online payments with eBills are designed to be user-friendly. Here’s how you can pay your bills easily.

1.    Click the ‘Pay now’ button in your online bill email.

2.    Select one of the following options:

a.    Pay via mySouthEastWater by signing in and clicking ‘’Make a payment’. You can then select from a drop down list which property you would like to make a payment for. The amount owing and your account number will be prefilled.

b.    Pay through our secure partner site. You’ll just need to refer to your account number and amount due in your email. 

Yes, your privacy and security are our top priorities. eBills are delivered securely to your email, and your account is protected with industry-standard security measures.

If you miss an email, you can access your eBills anytime by logging into your account at my.SouthEastWater.com.au

You can easily create folders in your email to keep your eBills organised. This way, you have all your bills in one place, easily accessible whenever you need them.

You can also view and download past bills by logging into mySouthEastWater. All your eBills are stored securely for easy access.

Yes, you can download and print your eBills anytime if you need a physical copy for your records.

If your eBills are not appearing in your inbox:

1.    Check your spam or junk folder.

2.    Ensure that your email address is up to date in our system by logging into mySouthEastWater and clicking ‘My Details’.

3.    Reach out to us on 13 18 51 or via live chat and we will resend your latest eBill.  

In case of an internet outage, you can:

1.    Access your eBills as soon as the connection is restored.

2.    Contact our customer support on 13 18 51 for information or to pay your bill.

No, you don’t need to download an app to receive eBills. You can manage your bills via email and our web based mySouthEastWater portal. This ensures easy access without the need for additional apps on your phone.
