Direct debit
Direct debit is the easiest way to pay your bill. You'll still get your bill every three months, but the amount due will be automatically deducted from your nominated bank account or credit card. You don't have to do a thing!
Direct debit can be easily set up via mySouthEastWater, sign in or grab a copy of your bill to register.
BPAY
- Pay your bill through your internet banking, up to $20,000.

- You can find your reference number on your bill
AusPost
- Pop into any Australia Post outlet to pay in cash or card to pay your bill in full. Unfortunately, partial payments can't be processed.
Phone
- Call us 24/7 on 1300 659 658 to pay by Visa or Mastercard. Make sure to have your card details and latest bill ready.
You can download a PDF copy of your South East Water bill anytime at mySouthEastWater. Up to three years of bill history is available online.

The Utility Relief Grant is provided by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing and if eligible, they will contribute up to $650.00 towards an overdue water bill.
