If you're set up as a group account, use our EFT portal to make payments. You’ll need your group account number and one individual account number from your group summary.

Prefer to handle payments over the phone? You can pay by Mastercard or Visa using our automated system. Have your latest bill and credit card details ready.
Other ways to pay
BPAY
Pay your bill through internet banking using BPAY Biller Code: 24208. Find your reference number on your bill.
EFT
Transfer funds directly from your account to ours by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Find the account details on your bill.
Australia Post
Pay your bill online through Australia Post. Enter your Post Billpay code, reference no, payment card details and the amount you want to pay.
You can find the code and reference number under the ‘payment options’ section of your bill.
