As a customer renting a home and currently receiving a concession or dialysis discount, these are the changes that will affect you and what an average bill might look like
What are the main changes to my bill?
Our pricing and charges are changing. An average bill will increase by 3.28%*, so we can continue to deliver and improve our services to you.

This applies to customers who hold a valid concession card. If you hold a valid concession card, it must be registered with us for you to receive any eligible discount on water and sewer usage.

* Based on an average residential renter, with water usage of 150 kilolitres per year.

Depending on the number of people in your household, your bill will look different.
** This includes water and sewer usage charges.
Note: If you have a water and sewer connection, you could receive a concession discount of up to $354.10 per year. Concession discount may vary if you are a water-only customer.
Renters pay for water and sewer usage, and don’t pay for service charges like Parks or Waterways and Drainage which are covered by the rental provider or landlord.
