What are the main changes to my bill?

Our pricing and charges are changing. An average bill will increase by 3.28%*, so we can continue to deliver and improve our services to you.

A simpler bill

The sewage disposal charge will now be included in a new water usage price removing an item from your bill. So, your water saving efforts will have a bigger and more direct impact on your bill.
