What are the main changes to my bill?

Our pricing and charges are changing. An average bill will increase by 2.98%*, so we can continue to deliver and improve our services to you.

A simpler bill

The sewage disposal charge will now be included in a new water usage price, removing an item from your bill. So, your water saving efforts will have a bigger and more transparent direct impact on your bill.

Quarterly drainage

If you previously paid your Waterways and Drainage service fee on an annual basis, this is now quarterly. This means that this charge will be spread across the year.

Quarterly Parks charge

We’re spreading the annual Parks charge out across the year by collecting it in quarterly instalments. Helping you to even out your bills and making it easier for you to budget.

* Based on an average residential owner occupier, with water usage of 150 kilolitres per year.
