What are the main changes to my bill?

Our pricing and charges are changing. An average bill will increase by 2.98%*, so we can continue to deliver and improve our services to you.

This applies to customers who hold a valid concession card. If you hold a valid concession card, it must be registered with us for you to receive any eligible discount on water and sewer usage.

Full discount

As a customer with an eligible concession card, you’ll still receive your full discount.

A simpler bill

The sewage disposal charge will now be included in a new water usage price, removing an item from your bill. So, your water saving efforts will have a bigger and more direct impact on your bill.

Quarterly Parks charge

We’re spreading the annual Parks charge out across the year by collecting it in quarterly installments. Helping you to even out your bills and making it easier for you to budget.

This applies to customers who are part of our financial support program:

Digital meter

If you’re on our financial support program, we’ll put you on our priority list to receive a free digital meter. This means that you can check your water use daily, and find expensive leaks sooner. Contact customercare@sew.com.au to apply.
