Apply for a concession

Concessions help improve the affordability of key services for low income households. We administer concessions on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services in consultation with Centrelink and the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

If you hold an eligible card and aren’t already receiving a concession on your account, you can apply for a concession for your principal place of residence. You can load your concession in mySouthEastWater (you'll need to register first in a few easy steps).

In 2019-20, you could receive a discount of up to $328.90 for water and sewerage services and up to $164.45 for a single service (e.g. water only).
