Tap and plug into PropertyConnect services online

Great news, you’ll now be able to manage your tapping and plugging bookings online 24/7 through our dedicated property and development industry portal, PropertyConnect®.

With a few simple clicks you’ll be able to:

  • book your tapping and plugging (20-50mm)
  • request a date for your 80mm or larger tee insertion and removals to be completed
  • cancel and reschedule a booking (fees may apply)
  • request your check meters to be installed once the tapping has been completed.

South East Water Connections Group Manager, Loretta Wareing said the new features would help customers manage their requests without the need to contact South East Water during business hours.

“We’re always working towards adding more services to PropertyConnect® to make it even easier for our customers to interact with us online, anytime, any day of the week.

“We welcome feedback from our customers and we’ll make sure to keep our customers updated as new features become available,” said Ms Wareing.

You can access PropertyConnect® via southeastwater.com.au/propertyconnect. Look for the ‘Connect and Inspect’ area on PropertyConnect® to locate the Tappings/Pluggings booking web page.
