Pay via partner site

Pay through our secure partner site with a credit card - you'll need your account number handy.

Group accounts

Group customers can pay their bills via our electronic funds transfer (EFT) portal. You just need your group account number and one of the individual account numbers listed on your group account summary.

More time to pay?

Flexible payment plans

Break down your water bill into smaller fortnightly or monthly payments. We’ll work with you to set up an amount that will help you stay on top of your bills. Consider using direct debit -  it’s one less thing to remember.
