Investigation works in your area starting December 2022

You might not notice a lot of the work we do because most of it is beneath your feet. Every day, we’re maintaining and upgrading the pipes and pumps that keep water flowing. With some upcoming investigation works in the Frankston area, you may see us around.

Here’s what to expect while we get the job done.

What we're doing

We’re undertaking investigations of sewer pipelines near the Sweetwater Creek area in Frankston.

We’ll be accessing assets through public land but if we require access through private land, we’ll be in touch directly with you to discuss this.

When it's happening

Our team will be out on site periodically between 2 December and 23 December 2022.

You can expect us to be around Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm

What might impact you

We’ll do our best to keep impacts to a minimum, however you might notice:

  • More South East Water workers on the streets around you
  • Staff members door knocking to discuss access to private properties (if required)
Don't miss these details

There are no planned distruptions to your water or sewerage services during these works.

When we’ve finished the job, we’ll leave things how we found them and return any areas we’ve impacted as close as possible to their original condition.
