Payment options


You can pay online via credit card using your Visa or MasterCard


Pay your bill through your internet banking. You'll find our BPAY details on your bill. 


Save time with direct debit - the easiest (and quickest) way to pay your bill. 


 
 
 
Use your MasterCard or Visa card to pay via the phone on 1300 659 658
- 24 hours, 7 days. Alternatively you can call our contact centre on 131 851,
8 am - 8 pm, Monday to Friday.
 


Pay your bill by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card at:

8 am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 


Pay by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or Easypay card at any Australia Post outlet. Note that Australia Post will only accept the total payment due - no partial payments.
